HBOT Chamber Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers and related accessories purchased from our company. Due to the specialised nature of this equipment, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The HBOT chamber has not been used, installed, or inflated.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- The product shows no signs of damage, misuse, or modification.
For used or installed chambers, returns may not be accepted due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your HBOT chamber arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos of the issue.
- Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- Repair service
4. Restocking Fee
Approved returns for used or installed units that are not due to manufacturer defect may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20–30% of the purchase price.
This fee covers:
- Inspection and safety testing
- Repackaging
- Equipment sanitation and certification
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Important conditions:
- The chamber must be securely packed in its original packaging.
- Returns must use insured and trackable shipping.
- We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used HBOT chambers
- Custom-built or special-order chambers
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised repairs
7. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, installation costs, and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted.
8. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your HBOT chamber for another model, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability and inspection approval.
9. Warranty Claims
Issues arising after installation should be handled under our Product Warranty Policy, which covers manufacturing defects and component failures according to the warranty terms.
10. Return Authorisation
All returns require prior Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
